Please note, the arrows in the trends table only showcase numbers going up or down - NOT whether or not the trend is beneficial, as this is determined based on perspective.
Each area is stagnant in their own way. For example, one area might have prices staying the same but DOM are going up and inventory is the same.

Mortgages:
Rates are mixed depending on the day, but they are trending down as the economy bumps along with more bad news.
Do you know anyone that is that needs down payment assistance? I am in the process of adding the ability to get these loans done, utilizing government grant funds. Most of these loans are based on FHA eligibility and need 620-640 credit scores.
Remember, not every Loan Officer is created equal.
