* Something to note, in the following infographics, the "Sale-to-List Price Ratio" implies that the homes sell for the list price. But, this does not take into account that many homes have reduction in prices during their listing span. "Sale-to-Original-List Price Ratio" is NOT listed in these reports. The trend that I see is that many homes are being sold between 0% to 12%-15% discount off their original list prices. This is across the board, including homes listed at the lower end of the market. Plainly, there are just so many fewer buyers in the market as a whole. It is hard to get a Buyer "off the fence" when there is another home around the corner that may be equal or better value.
