Market activity is starting to pick up a little bit, although Days on Market (DOM) is worse across the board.

Mortgages:
Rates are trending worse than they were at the publishing of last month's report.
This is Modus Mortgages' (the company I am affiliated with) rate as of 11/6/2024 (see below).
That being said, many loan officers are pushing their rates lower by offering rates with points built in (purchased) to lower that rate.
