Please note, the arrows in the trends table only showcase numbers going up or down - NOT whether or not the trend is beneficial, as this is determined based on perspective.
Each area is stagnant in their own way. For example, one area might have prices staying the same but DOM are going up and inventory is the same.

Mortgages:
Rates are mixed depending on the day, but they are generally up versus last month.
Do you know anyone that is challenged with low credit who is a good candidate for an FHA loan, like 600 FICO?
I have a lender which improved their pricing for FHA & VA loans for the next few months, anything above a 600 credit score. This promotion is only available for a short time.
As we know, payments are usually PITI, which means principle + interest + homeowners insurance + taxes.
Here is how that projection came out...with an FHA and a $425,000 purchase price. I built the quote for a borrower with a 615 FICO score and used averages in my area for home insurance and property taxes per month. One column is with points and one column is without points.
These are really good rates - remember, not every Loan Officer is created equal.
